The conference proceedings published since the mid-1950s are the main publication series of the German Society of International Law. To date, more than 50 volumes have been published, primarily containing contribution to the biennial conferences since 1955. Generally, the contributions to each conference are collected in a single volume, though in the 1970s and 1980s in particular, tw volumes per conference were published - on what where two conference themes at the time.
Individual volumes are not related to a biennial conference, but serve, for instance, as medium of publication for the results of study groups of the DGIR.
An overview of the society's bulletins between 1918 and 1933 can be found here.
